@RoyalMail we send 100k+ items with you per year. My Ops Manager has been trying to get someone to call or email us about several issues on our account, we keep getting ignored. Account manager has gone AWOL. Please DM me, (PS. Iโm an RM shareholder and this isnโt good service!)

@virtuallysoph@eBay_UK Sorry Soph Iโm going to defend the seller here, I own a large online retail business and items that we send are often packed promptly and put on pallets in an artic trailer. Itโs not cost effective to go fishing for it so we regularly refuse cancellations unless we get it before.
I don't get enough occassions to drive on blues and want to remain competent. Are there any charities or organisations that require a blue light driver? More than happy to volunteer for free! If it helps I am an ECA with an Operational Commander qualification ....
3/3- The Chris Smith Award is named after my dear friend and Vice Chairman who suddenly passed away last year. He was an inspiration to the team and his legacy lives on.
