The issues experienced were caused by changes made by their upstream service providers. The TO team is still in conversation with their providers to prevent this risk in the future.

1. Bills posted from POS to Rooms will not reach ResRequest system. (Once the issue is resolved, this will sync)
2. If a user logs out they will not be able to log back in
3. POS updates will not be possible

We've had a few reports of speed issues, with most of the reports indicating that it started yesterday morning. Please note this is due to a connectivity issue with our upstream providers, which is being dealt with as a matter of urgency.
ResRequest speed issues are being investigated. Reports indicate issues on Stack 206. Our technical team is investigating. Early indications the cause is a fault at our hosting provider computer centre.
