I haven't updated in a while. Middle picture was July, right picture was yesterday. Between those two I did a reverse diet, sat at maintenance for a couple months, and now I've been bulking for a month. ๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ I'm really proud of that hamstring!
I woke up today feeling anxious and insecure about some of my barbell exercises.
Then I remembered that I'm 35 years old, and touched a barbell for the first time 4 months ago. I'm amazing!!
