@JamesEsses I agree. I think it's tied into this hyper-individualistic pressure that seems to have emerged alongside social media. Kids can't just be kids, they are being pressured to define themselves in ways they aren't ready for and can't yet understand.

@lithub As someone who worked at a worker-owned cooperative for nearly 20 years, I can tell you that it is no utopia. There are toxic elements to group function that have been addressed in the traditional corporate world that have not been addressed in worker-owned environments.
