Hello, Iβm back! π€
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for all of the recent support. I have seen all of your DMs, and everyone who took the time to reach out to me, and I genuinely appreciate every single one of you.
I took a small break to step away from everything to collect myself, but Iβll be getting back to posting regularly again! Iβll also be working on finishing my commissions and sharing all the cute art I receive..
Thank you so much for supporting me, checking in on me, and allowing me to continue giving back to the community. It truly means more to me than I can put into words.
"My friend", yet you literally blocked me everywhere to "protect" yourself. Please don't be so shameless.
I trusted you, yet you decided to turn your back on me. I stand with Purin.
@Weepingkit I mean generally speaking, when you put someone on the spot and their reputation on the line, you force them to make a move. You know this as well as what you were doing. I've read both documents.
@Weepingkit Do you not think that the reason you were asked is so a misunderstanding like this doesn't occur in the first place? Once again, she may have had the idea prior. The code itself is all original and created by herself as well. It makes no sense to use that as proof of copying. 2/2
@Weepingkit I know you emphasize that your CSS is custom. I already mentioned how your idea is not original, and how your code was not even copied, so that holds no weight. Your CSS might have been directly stolen by someone else, but that doesn't mean that it's happening elsewhere. 1/2
@Weepingkit Secondly, these things that you are referencing are things that have been done many times before. Your code might be original, but your ideas aren't. Just because someone in the same space as you has similar ideas doesn't mean they're copying you. The code isn't even copied! 2/2
@Weepingkit I understand what you are trying to say, but you are moving the goal post from your original accusation. Firstly, your accusation was of COPYING, not referencing. Things can appear similar without being a direct copy or even referenced. 1/2
@mimiifraise@Weepingkit Unlike many twitter users, I am always open to have a conversation in good faith! This document in particular is absurdly unjust though, and the fact that it's not substantiated with proper evidence only adds to how this could have been solved privately and not publicly.
@mimiifraise@Weepingkit and let's say hypothetically that it DOES take inspiration from Shy's OC (which it doesn't). That is not nearly the same as copying nor is that what is being accused of her. This is a clear accusation of plagiarism and copying, which is slanderous and is not in good faith.
@mimiifraise@Weepingkit The document is full of proof that in essence means nothing. Almost none of it proves anything that is being said and is heavily skewed to one side's perspective. The fact that Shy has not even attempted to communicate with the other party is very telling in itself.
@Weepingkit You don't even show the code that you're accusing her of copying nearly 1:1. How is anybody supposed to believe that you're being truthful and acting in good faith if you won't show even that? It seems like you're looking far too into it and accusing over this is absurd. 2/2
@Weepingkit I read the doc in it's entirety. The proof you're defining here does not correlate with what your arguments are. The videos, as a matter of fact, show that the profiles are very different. They use different models, textures, even a different shade of pink. 1/2
i do also want to note: i never want to purposely take or steal someone's pose, i ALWAYS send references of compositions that i love...i never mean any harm in ANY of it.. and WILL take it down.. I ALWAYS love supporting artists and people as much as i can even when struggling with my medical issues.
@Weepingkit So in other words you're accusing someone of copying you based on their profile being similar to yours, and essentially nothing else? I noticed you kept using words like "practically/basically bar for bar" when in practice the websites look very different. It's almost slanderous.
