whatever you're implying, that is simply outrageous.

ㅤㅤ... uh huh.

ㅤㅤDid you also happen to fall for her in another way or ...
ㅤㅤ

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

mhh, i believe so. to fall in the hands of the one you care——ahem. the royal highness whom you've been training leaves a bittersweet feeling.

[✦ 𝕷𝑨 𝕯𝑬𝑼𝑿𝑰𝑬𝑴𝑬 ✦ @stealthtempo]

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤOh. My condolences ..

ㅤㅤMust be really difficult on her part ...

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

well, let's just say i was slained by the princess herself. it was a necessary choice.

ㅤㅤthis is how I died btw. If anyone's curious
ㅤㅤ

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

hmm, what shall she eat today.ᐣ

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

if that makes her feel at ease then, a simple nod was given. “very well, i shall check on her once i’m done here. if there's nothing else then i shall take my leave.”

[☾⋆⁺₊ القمر الجديد @delayeddevote]

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ•° she turned her head back to the door.

ㅤㅤ“Could you ... check on my mother for me.ᐣ She has been visiting Madama Khepri's Temple often and I worry for her. The journey there is harsh, yet she insists on doing it multiple times a week.”
ㅤㅤ

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

a sigh of relief finally washed over her features, tilting her head in nere curiosity. “aside from insisting that you can tend to your duties with that stubborn head of yours, is there something else that is bothering you, princess.ᐣ” curiousity and concern tangled as one.

[☾⋆⁺₊ القمر الجديد @delayeddevote]

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ“I - ”

ㅤㅤ•° 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱, was what she meant to say, before the door closed on her face. She stayed silent for a while afterwards.

ㅤㅤ“Okay. I'll rest.”

ㅤㅤ•° determination wavered, and she stepped away from the door, back to her bed.
ㅤㅤ

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

rebelliously stubborn. that's what she is as of now. lips simply parted for her to sigh with jeanne reaching for the door behind her, shutting it. “i’m going to take care of everything in your behalf. do we have a deal.ᐣ”

[☾⋆⁺₊ القمر الجديد @delayeddevote]

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ“Does - ”

ㅤㅤ•° dizziness hit her, but she didn't stumble. She took a deep breath, still determined to stay awake.

ㅤㅤ“Does my mother need help in her duties.ᐣ”

ㅤㅤ•° and as of recent she has gained a rather rebellious streak.

↓

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

the woman knew that the princess has a burning determination in every single thing she does. along with faith, she never once underestimated that. “i need you——to go back to bed. i’m not taking no as an answer. ” despite the sterness from her tone, it comes from a place of care.

[☾⋆⁺₊ القمر الجديد @delayeddevote]

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ“No, no it's okay. What do you need.ᐣ”

ㅤㅤ•° she's most definitely pushing herself, but the determination to (try to) function properly was there. As long as it's something small, she's sure she'll be fine.
ㅤㅤ

[˖ ࣪ ꉂ 𝖒e𝒏t𝐨𝐫. @retainsarcheve]

by the looks of it, there was no doubt that the royal highness is indeed exhausted. taking things into consideration——the princess would fail to function in a state like this. “forget it, i think it's best for you to stay in bed for few more hours. your duties can wait.”

[☾⋆⁺₊ القمر الجديد @delayeddevote]

ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ“Mn ... ”

ㅤㅤ•° she looked at her door from between her limbs, before unfurling and standing up, then opening the door.

ㅤㅤ“Good morning ... .ᐣ”

ㅤㅤ•° it's very obvious that she's quite tired, after spending the whole night with the queen-mother.
