Students block a hefty amount of Euro 10,000+ in German Bank Accounts, sometimes for a year even while waiting for their appointments. The same amount could be used by German banks for investment purposes, etc. #GermanEmbassyPakistan

Many renowned unis in Germany are private, which are not free. + Many Public Unis including HU Berlin which offer English-taught programs charge a hefty tuition fee of Euro 10,000+ for these programs. These unis set 25% fee condition for offer acceptance.
