@amazon book pre ordered in Feb. Released today. Not getting it until Mon - 5 days late!!! Will be returning it and will make a special trip to a proper bookshop to get a copy today. I'm quite pleased actually. Should have ordered through them anyway!

@virginmedia so still constant issues with Wi-Fi connection to devices. Resets don't always work!!! No connection at all today!! Pathetic! Took year to sort out TV issues. Be the same with this no doubt! By which time I will have switched! #virginmedia

@virginmedia Over an hour on phone no fix. Call dropped. Second call, different agent fixed it within seconds!! Not the first time I've been stuck on the line with someone who didn't understand the issue or able to sort! I got lucky on second call. Until next issue!

@virginmedia ever since you supposedly 'upgraded' my Wi-Fi the only difference is that the hub will constantly not connect to my devices!!! Turn off / reset frequently to make it work!!! What's that all about?
