@Vectorltd No hot water at our property for 3 days now (4 including an outage earlier in the week). I've called the helpdesk about 10 times now and always 'we hope it will be resolved too'. It's not really good enough is it?

Service (through no fault of your staff) was very slow. Literally spent all of the first half of the game in a queue to get some beer.

@BoBinnz You guys use it too? We went Cloud PABX / PSTN (no local break out or SIP trunks). We've had the odd report of problems but shit has hit the fan this week.
