So I was skeptical, but Google overview recommended restarting 2-4 times because of some system user file check at sign in, and somehow that fixed it. Now I'm running a scan for corruption anywhere because ????? that shouldn't happen man?????????

After another restart it signed me back into my Microsoft account but it's treating me like it's a fresh install of windows. My old files are still appearing in in the Users folder on my C Drive, so I am going to back the important ones up real quick. All I can say is WTF???
