my first trip with @EastMidRailway has been a joke.
I missed my connection because of a delay, the next train was an hour later.
that was delayed for so long that they only took me halfway.
if you have a choice of other transport options, choose anything but #EMR farcical.

was delivered a bag full of wine (well done, recovering alcoholic) sent back.
2hrs later was delivered 9 / 15 items I paid for.
all I want is a refund for the items missing and not to spend my entire Friday evening sorting out your mistake.
