@OtakuEspiritu Rule of thumb.
If someone feels the need to outright tell the world publicly that they aren't a "bad person, "...
There's a very high likelihood that they are, indeed, a bad person.
Typical narcissist behavior.
@DejaWukong Grown women my ass...
I swear, man. people really need to stop letting her get away with shit just because she's good at playing the victim.
Hold her accountable for the dumb crap she does and never let her live it down. That's the only way stubborn people like her ever learn.
@ALegendaryDrops It's so funny to me 'cuz... at this point?
They don't even need our "Toxic Gamer Culture" to run their companies into the ground. They're literally doing it to themselves, lmao.
At this point, the AAA game industry has become an abysmally bad parody circus.
@Grey_plus_Herc@ProjectGorgon It really goes to show how badly modern MMOs have brainwashed us into thinking that actual Player Agency and freedom were nothing but scary inconveniences that needed to be "Fixed."
Even though the entire MMORPG genre was BUILT with those two concepts in mind...
@Simon_Hypixel Quick question Simon.
Will we see more exploration features such as new prefabs and even dungeons added to WorldGen V1 while V2 is being worked on?
Or are you guys exclusively reserving those for V2?
@Simon_Hypixel@Prowl8413 That would be appreciated, might as well release it ASAP so people can give feedback right away since it's very much something that needs to be widely tested.
@Simon_Hypixel@grumpyonval Having fleshed out mod support day one was honestly the best possible call you could've made.
'Cuz in the end, it doesn't matter how fast you think you are at developing new features & content
Modders will ALWAYS be way faster than you, especially if you give them good tools.
@Simon_Hypixel@Shadoune666 This honestly is a testament to how intuitive and user friendly the overall process is.
I've seen the overall project count on CurseForge go from 250 two days ago, to 566 yesterday to 941 today.
Never in my life have I see such rapid mod library growth
@Simon_Hypixel@EpicNNG Kinda reminds me of Elin's update cadence lol
Noa, the only dev, pushes new updates almost every nights with new stuff in it. Content, changes tweaks you name it.
Though, there's no way y'all will be THIS fast... right...?
@Simon_Hypixel Y'know how in some games, you have this very specific "moment" that makes you go like:
"Oh yeah, this game's gonna be something special."
Well THAT was it for me. a magical moment where the game's Soul was shining its brightest, despite its currently "fragmented" state.
@Simon_Hypixel@jifferey Speaking of updates, how frequently should we expect those?
I know you said they were going to be quick and frequent for the first few months.
@chippygamingyt still was the right decision imho. Overhyping something is how you set your game up for disappointment
Better to keep expectations low rather than letting them run wild, even if it means grossly underselling your game.
'cuz in the end, everyone loves to be pleasantly surprised
@Simon_Hypixel@not_mynes And the game has... what? Potentially 50-100 hours worth of content per playthrough right off the bat if you do most things?
And that's without considering the plethora of mods people will make and the very frequent updates your team will push.
more than worth it in my book.
