@TakiUdon_@whitezombie2000 Please pay serious attention to fan noise if one is used. I'm tired of getting devices with advertised "quiet" fans that actually make annoying noises. The noctua fan is quiet. Most others are noticeable in some way that is annoying, especially if they're smaller.
@TakiUdon_@Trask899 What if I did a batch 1 order of just sdram? (I already had two MiSTer setups and just needed 128MB for one of them).
Will that allow me to be on the reserve list?
@TakiUdon_ Actively or passively cooled? Will the UI be different than MiSTer main (eg. PS1 specific)? If I want to use this as a general MiSTer replacement it would be nice if it behaved the same.
@TheJohnPerry @kawikacheco I still miss your MiSTer news content. There's a lot of others competing in that space now, but what you did was more enjoyable to watch.
@TakiUdon_ Still uses OG hardrive for storage? How does TF/CF fit in with that? Is the bluetooth just for streaming to external speakers or can you transfer files with it?
@TakiUdon_ The PVM/MiSTer switch confuses me given that one refers to a display and the other refers to what is driving the display. Wouldn't they always co-exist in this product?
@lonseidman Have you tried the Infuse app on the Apple TV? I used to use Kodi on my Nvidia Shield TV to play content from my local media server, but after getting the ATV I've switched to the Infuse app, which has worked great for high bitrate 4k HDR encodes. You should try it if you haven't
@TakiUdon_@quincognito_ Is the "flagship" the next MiSTer based product you're planning on releasing? I have a couple MiSTer setups, but the idea of more purpose built console like hardware that plays all the MiSTer cores seems appealing.
@Crazy_Gamer_2@marcusandre1999@Elvistek1990@Pirat_Nation The only reason it broke SponsorBlock is because it's new behavior that hasn't been coded for. SponsorBlock is specifically designed around users marking ad breaks manually, so unless Google is going to have the ad locations change per user for the same video it won't be issue.
@Pirat_Nation I don't think you understand how SponsorBlock works. This just means SponsorBlock user submissions won't be accurate until the SponsorBlock folks make a code change. "Adblockers won't work anymore" is not correct.
