Visit to Con Edison’s Transformer Shop in Astoria, NY with Prof. Francisco de León and Power Lab students. Con Edison reported retrofilling 500–2500 kVA units with natural ester (FR3) and recycled mineral oil. Thanks to @nyutandon and @unican PhD Ismael Antolín #RETROTRAFO.
