New system installed and known problem at the factory allowed water to leak into my attic and ceiling fell through. Carrier won’t respond to my SP’s labor cost to fix, Carrier refuses to fix the ceiling and other damage. Be aware they don’t care about their customers or SPs!
@brinks_home Your deliberate and unethical attempts to make the cancellation process as difficult as possible should be reported to the @bbb_us . I spent hours on the phone, no luck. Then followed your process by email, No luck. I am now on twitter. I DMed U & U just sent a canned response.

You have deliberately made cancellation impossible. After hours on the phone, your agent just str8-up refused to cancel my account. U forced me to block my CC. Your Cost Recovery Fee is a breach of contract anyway & now U bill me for Paper Statement Fees. Go away!
