I can’t wait for the World Cup man. Guys are gonna be doing over analysis on Curaçao’s box to box midfielder and Uzbekistan’s false 9 like their some tacticos 😂😂
The World Cup kick off times are fine. England games are 9pm, 9pm, 10pm. Stop this faux outrage because you can’t watch Uzbekistan vs. Colombia at 3am.
🇺🇿😳 Abdukodir Khusanov's heat map against Burnley. 22-years-old. 💎
In the match, he had 100% aerial duels won, 67% ground duels won, 93% pass accuracy and 10 defensive contributions. 🧱
Read and understand the point of the argument before throwing words around.
The argument is that City have Guardiola and experienced players, which is why Khusanov is playing well. My point is that every young player needs to adapt one way or another, and if it's just about Pep and experienced players, why didn't Reis adapt?
Every player adapts differently. Just like Santos, Khusanov joined from Ligue and had to adapt, players coming from Brazil may not be ready in months, either under Pep or a lesser coach.
The point is, experience players and good coach help to accelerate a youngster's development but it doesn’t mean a youngster won't develop without a Pep and top players around him.
Don't take credit away from Khusanov, if he's not quality enough, Pep and experienced teammates won't help him. The boy is class. Simple!
Remember when I talked about Khusanov last season and some people, as usual, narrowed it down to 'another kid that isn't good enough for Chelsea'?
Look at how much he has grown now at City in one year after an expected slow start. Kids mostly come in and adapt first before showing what they are capable of in the Premier League.
