Complete rowdyism & safety hazard by Shiv Autowings Pune on my Scorpio N Approved & fitted a new warranty steering rack, but because I asked for a 7-day test window before signing a waiver, the GM got agitated & ordered his team to STRIP OFF the safe rack!

New rack which was fitted, is now being removed only because I told the GM I want to have a 7 day window to test and confirm. Gm insisted he wants complete sign off now itself. He got agitated N Forcibly stripped off an officially unboxed, approved warranty part num 1102ABC00321N

Took delivery under extreme protest because it wasn't safe to leave the car there. See Gate Pass 07302 where they signed off on their own malpractice. Mismatched alignment report attached. Demand strict action against the GM & Sriraj! @Mahindra_Auto @anandmahindra @GoenkaAnish

Out of spite, they refitted my broken 2023 rack, causing an active hydraulic fluid leak on the floor! CCR shouted: "What do you want to do with my tone or face? Give the car or go away." The GM mocked my brother & me, saying "Do what you want, nothing will happen"
