@jennSprinklr Keith Jackson I agree with you assessment. In December of 2024 I was also hacked via Citibank, the holder of the Macy credit card. Citibank is beyond awful and Macys is a close second.

@jennSprinklr Customer service experience defines the loyalty. Had been a customer of Citi bank Credit card for over 5 years. My cash refund on the overage i have on my account is still not processed. Even reached out to the leadership at Citi

@jennSprinklr Clearly but I have been greatly inconvenienced and instead of acknowledging you’re misreading your policies telling me I need a debit card you use Zelle but was able to set it up and receive money.

@jennSprinklr I'm trying to apply to your checking account promotion. your website is broken in edge and told me to call your 800 number. the agent typo'd my mailing address over the phone and wrecked the application, so I was advised to reapply. I'm told I might not be eligible?
