When was my case determined?

Professionals should not bahave like thugs. I am yet to know who and who was in session at the seating when my “case was dismissed” i am yet to know the grounds on which my case was dismissed. Why was it not communicated to me or my lawyers before it was posted on Twitter?

Today. In the morning my lawyer went to KMPDC offices and guess what...there were no written minutes, no soft copy no nothing. They said they would send the same to my lawyer who is yet to recieve anything from them.

It seems dubious that there is a decision now when all this time the presumption has been that the board could not sit to deliberate this case.

On 8th February my lawyer went to KMPDC offices to check the status of our case. He was informed that the ruling had not been given and all the lawyers on record in the matter would be informed as and when the ruling would be delivered.

After the trending #JusticeForKennedy, I was made aware that my case had already been dismissed. KMPDC took it to Twitter on 9th April, the Eve of my son’s birthday.
