@cmxsupport @jeffery_palmer @_subclops @comiXology C’mon. I waited in abeyance all week only to receive another 10-part @comiXology update that amounted to nothing more than lip service? Like a scorned lover, I actually believed you’d deliver on your promise. Shame on me, again.
@donmdni@comiXology@amazon This is the real eye-opener, what could have possibly occurred after 8 years that made them think “this is as good a time as any to torpedo our nigh perfect app and website”. I love when they say “we’re working hard on updates” clearly they’ve never heard work smarter, not harder
@cmxsupport @MrS31fDestruct @AmazonKindle@AmazonHelp@comiXology Their silence is deafening. Also, instead of “working really hard” you could’ve just not intentionally torpedoed it in the first place…
@comiXology Such a bunch of sellouts, imagine the goodwill you would earn by rolling back the app. Since you clearly don’t have the spine to do that, imagine the iota of goodwill you would earn if you were at least transparent with your former customers about this dumpster fire you created.
@comiXology Ah yes, I remember April 28th 1992 fondly, it was 30 years before you decided to intentionally torpedo a nigh perfect app and website to the detriment of all your customers
@comiXology@DarkHorseComics You intentionally torpedoed a nigh perfect app and website to the detriment of literally 100% of your customers. Now you twiddle your thumbs while Rome burns. Rollback the app or admit that you don’t care about us, at least I could respect that.
