@glitteringabry Uma amiga da minha mãe trouxe o celular nessa mesma situação pro meu irmão resolver, ele penou bastante até conseguir instalar e abrir o aplicativo que ele tem que mata esses processos ocultos.

Parece que o filho pequeno dela ficou instalando um monte de coisa e deu nisso.
