@flymepegasus I have 30kg checked + paid SPEQ kite bag (€65/leg), HRG-SAW-MAD 3 Oct. Chat says suitcase + kite bag combined max 30kg. General Rules 3.2.1(d) say special items aren't part of checked allowance. Which is right? Can I check 25kg suitcase + 25kg SPEQ?
My clearest sign I’ve been pushing too hard?
I lose empathy - not just for others, but for myself too.
Not my normal behaviour 😅 - but the moment I notice it, I know I’ve gone too far.
One of my favorite tools for getting more done: daily themes.
Each day gets a focus → less context switching, more momentum.

“I’m skipping the gym today to get some extra work in.”
That’s crazy!
The myth? “I don’t have time to exercise - there’s just too much on my plate.”
I used to believe that too. But regular exercise has an insane ROI.
Sharing my favorite quick reset 🧎
👉 Quick: 2 min squat, 4 min eyes closed
👉 Long: 10 min squat, 20 min eyes closed
A mild stressor flips the switch ⚡️ into recovery mode – making rest deeper, faster, and more restorative.
“She works like a machine.”
The ultimate compliment - or a warning sign?

Social connection fuels performance & well-being – and keeps us alive. Lack of it kills creativity, motivation & health. Call a friend or invite someone for dinner today – you’ll feel the impact instantly.
Checking email at 10 pm feels productive – until bad news spikes anxiety, ruins sleep, and drains tomorrow.
I’ve been there 😅 Disconnect, rest deeply, and perform at your best when facing crisis the next day.
Mornings messy? You waste 25+ min hunting stuff, then wonder what to do. Morning energy is gold ⚡ Decide tasks the night before + set up your workspace ✅ Start in flow not chaos.
Ever hit “send” on a heated email and regret it 5 sec later? Triggered brains shrink options: fight, flight, freeze. Stress pushes survival mode. Pause: 3 breaths or a 10-min walk = reset. Come back calm, clear, ready.
How do you know when to stop working and take a break?
Your brain runs on ultradian rhythms: 80–100 min focus, then a dip. Stop, recharge 20–30 min (no screens), then hit the next sprint at full intensity.
We don’t know what we want - not fully, not clearly. And that’s not a flaw, it’s the process.
Clarity is earned through action, not theory. Try → commit → learn → adjust → repeat.
It’s not failure. It’s iteration. 🚀
