I haven’t felt like this way about my favorite baseball team in a loooong time. I hope I look back on this tweet in six months and feel ashamed for giving up on them so early in the year, but unless the pitching is fixed and soon, we’re going to lose 90+ games.

No, I haven’t seen any of the shows or movies you like. Pretty much all of my media consumption over the last decade has consisted of watching train videos on YouTube, a little football and hockey, and listening to Cardinals baseball.

I have yet to be outraged at a tree or appalled by a river, so I imagine my neighbor as a tree and my enemy as a river. Perhaps they’ve been poisoned by toxins like greed or hatred, but I want the trees to be healed, not cut down, and the rivers to be cleaned, not dried up.
