@jonathanhinkles @FlyLoganair What is the point of having a help centre that closes at 5pm on a Sunday when you have flights that depart after this time? No help for Loganair passengers.

@jonathanhinkles @FlyLoganair It is now 3:32am in the morning. My mum has arrived at a Hotel that she has had to book for herself. She has no clothes, toiletries, medication etc. She had to stay at the airport while searching for a case that has not been found. No help or support

@jonathanhinkles @FlyLoganair I cannot believe this. I have just had a further call from distressed passengers to say that their luggage cannot be found. Nobody knows if it was loaded at City Airport. People stranded with nothing.
