How fab to learn on the day of my abseil that my bone donation from my #LTHR has been used to benefit someone who needed it! Abseil went well. Tricky bit was getting my unoperated hip over the parapet 😂😂 new hip is perfect. Cheers @alakas99 @ExeterHipUnit 🎉🎉
