The ad management console will be unavailable briefly, delivery of ads and collection of statistics will not be affected.

Our team will be performing scheduled maintenance on the servers of the Ad Management Console of Revive Adserver Hosted edition on March 7, 2023. During this maintenance, the console will be unavailable for our users.

We are aware of a connectivity issue outside of our control that was also affecting our ad delivery platform. Things have now returned to normal, our engineers are monitoring the situation to make sure everything remains operational.

Our provider has been working hard to resolve the issues, and at the time of this writing, all of our systems have been up and running normally for over 3 hours. We've been monitoring the issue closely all night and will continue to do so in the coming hours.

In the last 8 hours, we've seen connectivity issues on Revive Adserver Hosted edition, related to one of our service providers, resulting in ad delivery being either slow or broken for the EU. Ad management has also been affected from time to time.

We are aware of an issue that's causing the ad management console servers for Revive Adserver Hosted edition to be unresponsive. The delivery of the ads was also briefly disrupted but should now be back on track. We wil continue to monitor the situation and post updates here.
