If only SOME homeschoolers are required to take the test then your sample is still not comparable to ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLERS. You’re still comparing an unrepresentative subset with a set. This is a massive no-no.

That’s what sampling bias means and the fact you can’t grasp it is insane. All data which control for sampling bias show no difference.
