@ash_twtz Because most businesses are locked into a software, an ERP usually, that is windows only. Otherwise I would not use windows at all for my business . Overall all industries seem to be slowly migrating to Linux though. In 2026 making a corp software for win only is prob suicide.
@AlbinoVEVO How on earth can you say that Windows is made for efficiency and businesses when it does something like that. Complete disrespect for productivity in the very default settings of the OS
@SandyofCthulhu The whole point of a functional society is for us to trust nothing and be able to test and verify everything, individually and collectively. Anyone who asks you to plainly just trust something does not have your best interests in mind.
@elonmusk And we also need a new separation of power: The tax collection agency, who controls how much taxation exists & must be made of thousands of tax-payers, who don't work for the government, but rather who fund it. That way government has no taxation power, thus ultimately no power.
@elonmusk You'll get the same behavior in individual countries. Big government ultimately is not an issue of size, but how much reach the government has, be it a global, galactic government, or a small country one. Ultimately I think it's easier for us to fight just 1 government than many.
@LolNo1375409@SandyofCthulhu My first memory being startled with a game was with doom as well. After I realized I could make it "fullscreen" by hiding more of the interface by pressing "+", it felt so more immersive to me, I remember physically trying to dodge an imp's fireball in my chair right after that
