If there is a tension, pay attention. Be willing as a leader to step into a messy conversation. I've discovered tough conversations and poor behavior in the workplace never seems to solve itself. It needs a leader to step in with compassion and truth.

@mattnightingale They did their best to describe God? or were inspired by God, “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. 2 Tim3:16 Big diff.

@lindyli A pastor saying something like that is despicable and not worthy of being called a pastor or follows of Christ. I am a pastor. Please know this person is representing himself and not Christian pastors. Breaks my heart and I know it breaks the heart of God!
