i don't think people understand money math. they get what a million is. but a billion is a thousand million. and a trillion is a thousand billion. so when you have 1.2 trillion, you have 200 billion AND a trillion. you could lose the latter and still have the previous.
@shagbark_hick costco sells the same product online under the Kirkland label. same ingredients. a third of the price. free shipping. so you can stick it to big pharm while giving big box the nod. aller-flo.
watched a little bit of baseball today. dodgers/angels. in five batters, the home plate ump missed 4 balls/strikes calls AND a foul tip that was caught for strike three, but he called it ball four. so, you have replay to get things right, but you don't get things right???
@ClayTravis social media isn't charging 9 bucks for a microbrew made on premises. nor is it hitting 4 bucks to add an egg to a meal. gas, insurance, home prices, going out for a drink. it's tough for many, and something has to give.
21 for 55 (2 of 15 from 3). outrebounded. took 13 fewer shots than their opponent. 10 turnover for both teams. making 13 more free throws and having your opponent shoot 30% was the difference. wolverines!
why do the selection committees fear the small-market underdog? 31 wins in a row for miami-oh and they had to prove themselves in a play-in game. shameful. are they going to win it all? no. but reward 31 in a row a little better than an 11 seed play-in.
25 yrs ago today, my wife and I bought our first house. I was 39; she 32. we did not manifest this or speak it into existence. we shopped around, saved our money, put 20% down, and paid our monthly mortgage. happy st. p's day
