The weather was amazing this morning so I went for a run, which isn’t something I don’t do often. But, it was a great day to enjoy the morning!
What you do in the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day! #MorningsMatter Word. Workout. Coffee. #faith#fitness
In the past decade, there have been debates over what it means to be a church “in friendly cooperation,” and what “dealbreakers” would sever that relationship.

Freedom isn’t free. Memorial Day is just one of many days to pause, remember, and be thankful for those, and their families, who gave it all for our sake. #MemorialDay#Freedom#Thankful
Sin doesn’t just affect what we do. It affects what we become.
Hebrews warns that sin hardens the heart. It slowly separates us from God and pulls us out of fellowship with Him. And if we’re not careful, it can leave us unprepared and even ashamed at His appearing.
Salvation is a free gift. We cannot earn it. But Jesus made it clear that those who love Him will obey Him, and in that place of obedience, He reveals Himself to us.
This isn’t about condemnation. It’s about invitation.
Right now, you can turn. Right now, you can come back. Right now, you can choose to walk in the light and live in close fellowship with Him again.

5 Reasons to Go to Church:
1. Worship God with Others: your faith wasn’t meant to be solo.
2. Hear Truth: you need Scripture, not just opinions.
3. Find Real Community: people who know you and grow with you.
4. Grow Spiritually: not just informed, but transformed.
5. Be Sent Out: church equips you for what God calls you to, not to run from it.
Be the Church. Go to church.
It is impossible to write well about faith or to understand what has been written about it unless one has at one time or another experienced the courage which faith gives a man when trials oppress him.
- Luther
If you are on the fence about going to church tomorrow - let me dispel some myths:
1.) You don’t need to wear something fancy - but you can if you want!
2.) You don’t have to have anyone go with you - the church will welcome you and someone will invite you to sit with them!
3.) You don’t have to know the songs - the words will be on screens or in a printed guide.
4.) You don’t have to be a Christian - all are welcome.
5.) You don’t have to be perfect - everyone there is messed up too.
6.) You don’t have to have a bible - they will have them.
7.) You don’t have to know anything about the Easter story - there isn’t a pop quiz.
8.) You won’t be shamed - Easter is all about good news.
9.) You don’t have to give money - they aren’t going to ask you.
10.) You don’t have to stand up and introduce yourself - that would be weird.
Happy Easter!
