This wee, the Virginia state Senate will debate abolishing the death penalty in Virginia. Sen. Thomas Norment put in a substitute amendment that would NOT abolish the Death Penalty in Virginia. Urge your legislators to vote NO on Sen. Norment’s substitution and yes on SB 1165.
