From not loading our bags in Kigali on a connecting flight and seeing almost a hundred people stranded at 3am at the airport in Johannesburg without their laguage.

Contacted personal banker and online chat none has been able to help. I’m definitely jumping ship when I’m back in South Africa. Worst experience ever!😡
