Saw @dunemovie Pt2 last night at @RegalMovies in @IMAX. The picture was glorious, but the sound was way too loud. "Immersive" shouldn't just be crank volume to 11. Speakers couldn't handle it so audio was distorted + the screen blurred w/vibration, utterly ruining the experience.

@paulschun @registerguard Fair. Thing is, it would be one thing if it were just complicated. But we've spoken to multiple reps, each who've told us, "yes, we can unsubscribe you [after X period]," only for it to not happen, w/zero record on their end of the conversation. Extremely opaque & untrustworthy.
