i kind of agree with this lol. The Knicks are very good but they don't have a 3-1 lead without some spectacular choking from Spurs late in the game 3 of the 4 games. And yes the Knicks players and as a team are actually pretty likable, fan base not so much.

I could be wrong but I don’t think we’ll see any mass rioting at all over this. The media will prefer to move on rather than pretend that Karmelo is some kind of martyr. Elected Democrats aren’t going to rush to cameras to defend him. The optics aren’t good for them. The people who would need to promote and facilitate the rioting aren’t going to want to play ball. This is more of “pretend this embarrassing thing never happened” situation for the Dems-Media apparatus, I suspect.
