The Mewtwo Energy card was posted by someone who makes and prints custom cards.
The most likely explanation is that they printed this error themselves.
An error like this would only be possible if this had somehow been double printed and just so happened to have been a Mewtwo that was supposed to be printed on the edge of the sheet meaning that the energy card sheet had to be misaligned with the edge of the Mewtwo print roller (with multiple ink layers)
But then correctly aligned for the cutter.

The ink is also raised from the card which isn’t consistent with lithography printing but does make sense for something printed using a UV printer.

Additionally, while the ink layers needed to print “basic” & the rarity symbol are present, the transparent texture layers of ink are not.

The ink also seems to bleed past the edge of the card which would not happen since the card would not have been cut at the time that the ink should have been applied.
