Civil Works & Structural Supervisor - Wellpads, Ahmed Asiimwe,takes pride in supervising the construction of enabling infrastructure that supports drilling and other project activities. From wellpads to roads and other supporting infrastructure, his work, together with the efforts of many others, lays the groundwork for safe and efficient project delivery.
He reflects on his experience contributing to a project of national significance and the lasting positive impact Uganda's oil resources have already created and will continue to create for future generations.

For Kaguma David, a Piping/Structural Supervisor - Offsite on the #TilengaProject, it is the moment when the first barrel of oil passes through the facilities and systems that teams have worked tirelessly to install, test, and prepare for operation.
He shares his experience contributing to a project of national significance, where safety, technical excellence, and continuous knowledge transfer are helping build not only the infrastructure needed to achieve this milestone, first oil, but also the skills and capacity that will benefit Uganda for years to come.
