Excited to see what a healthy Ty Rodgers can do with an expanded role at Boise State.
Who knows what he will look like but it’ll be neat to see him get another opportunity.
Imagine a promotion and relegation model where some schools “born on third base” weren’t just gifted $76.1M.
And, on the other hand, schools punching above their weight and maximizing resources had access to a seat at the table.
It would be wildly cool for college athletics.

Skill and character were on display for the @BroncoSportsFB team on Tuesday! A good practice turned into a great quote session!
• Redshirt freshman OL Stewart Taufa had a message ready to go for the hype circle: “I will do today what others won’t, so I can do tomorrow what others can’t.”
• Sophomore EDGE Roman Caywood talked about his family: “I’m trying to be a good example for them. A good example of what a man should be for the men, and a good example of what to look for in a man for girls.”
In addition they are now completely undervaluing their education jumping from school to school and many will end up never graduating. The one thing that can’t be taken from you: your education.
This is for sure something a lot of college athletes are losing track of. So many former Boise State athletes have stayed in Boise and built great careers.
Leon Rice mentioned this call in our postgame interview. Very odd a baseline ref can make that call through all those players when two guys with a better view let it go.
Oh, I got the video, @MasonRandolph72.
This is easily the most ecstatic I've ever seen someone running out with The Hammer.
Pretty cool, dude.

I finally got to watch the memorial service for Charlie Kirk. I’m going to tell you why 200,000 people showed up, instead of the 100,000 that was expected, and 100 million people streamed this. Because from this tragedy, people actually went back to watch his talks in entirety. Not just cherry picked sound bites purposely framed out of context. What they learned about him exposed the danger of the sound bite era we live in. I even took some time to do so. The man was not a hateful person at all. He was no racists or White supremest. To my friends who will disagree with me, I challenge you to do the same. I even saw a talk where he dog walked an actual white supremest. I’m not telling you what to feel about the man. What I am saying is to dig a bit deeper. Once you do that, I can respect an educated opinion. Now that I know more, it makes an already tragic situation that much more heartbreaking. We have to do better America
