I saw lots of concerned posts prior to the concert: late announcement, late ticket details, late addition of seats, and overall no hype created unlike for SAW KO. But they already said that they were going to do things differently this time. In my mind they were trying to test some things, to prove a few more. They were not being reckless. They were trying to learn. And, I bet, they are very happy about what they’ve found out.

We remember what it felt like in 2018: to stand at the beginning with nothing but a dream and the decision to try. There were no guarantees, just the will to keep going and see where it might lead us.

Now, almost eight years later, we’re met with moments like this. Looking out at a crowd that feels bigger than anything we once pictured. It still feels surreal to say that this is our reality now, and humbling in ways words can’t fully hold.

Rem is not always there.

Every SB19 live concert means a lot to me because I know I have to wait another year to see them again. I’m not like others who get to see them whenever they want or have the chance to.

I remember entering the gates, and I was already crying. I went there alone for the first time (it’s a story i’ve never told). I was observing everything, living every moment like it was the last.

I was standing on the side most of the time, (during fanzone) talking with kuya guard, kuya janitor, and even lolos who were asking me what was going on or who SB19 is.

This finale was the culmination of the trilogy, and I knew I couldn’t miss it.

The universe knows how much I wanted to be there and it provided.

I haven’t watched the videos I took because I’m scared I’ll get sad, hence I didn’t post anything that night. But Rem feels healed, knowing I fulfilled my promise.

To everyone I met and the people I wasn’t able to see, thank you. I hope you understand.

Just being there is enough for me.

@livvylei @nglmrysy I agree, though, naenjoy ko yung amin, pero nakakaloka yung dumadaan sa harap. Tapos syempre, gusto mo tumayo para maenjoy mo pero pinapaupo ka dahil don sa likod, siguro kung magkakaroon ulit nang outdoor, sana standing nalang lahat, mas okay pa yon.
