Bristol was always one of Kyleโs favorite tracks. He loved racing under the lights, found so much success there, and the iconic M&MโS car holds some of the best memories of his career and our life together.
ย
Going back without him will be heartbreaking. He should be there. But Iโm so grateful toย be able to tell you thatย those iconic M&MโS colors will be coming back to Bristol, one last time, on the 54 car. Itโs a chance to honor him at a place he loved so much, surrounded by our NASCAR family and the fans who loved him too. I know Kyle would want us to be there, to keep showing up, keep racing, and keep carrying his legacy forward.
ย
We hope youโll join us at Bristol as we celebrate Kyle, the incredible legacy he left behind, and the love he had for racing that will always be a part of our family. โค๏ธ๐
Remarkable info shared on the Prime broadcast: Chase Elliott, William Byron and Alex Bowman will make their 286th start as teammates today, tying Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson & Dale Earnhardt Jr. for the second most for any teammate trio all-time.
The record is 301 starts together for Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards and Matt Kenseth at Roush. The current Hendrick trio could break that record before the end of this season.
Ryan Blaney offered Chase Elliott a ride to the track in San Diego, and somehow it turned into a real-life Dumb & Dumber scene. ๐
Blaney joked they were "Harry and Lloyd" riding together on a scooter that definitely wasn't designed for two NASCAR drivers.
As for Elliott?
"I don't think I had me on the back of another man's scooter on my bingo card, but here we are."
Safe to say the scooter earned its paycheck this weekend. ๐ด๐คฃ
