AND THE WORST PART... They're trying to gaslight us that caring about the planet and others is some new "woke" ideology. Like we weren't taught this in school as kids decades ago. Now climate change is not real, science is bad, and diversity is harmful.

Something that really messes me up about being a kid in the early 2000s was being a part of a generation that started putting up posters of kids of all colors holding hands around the globe, celebrating earth day in school by planting a tree or doing something mindful for the planet, and learning about caring for everyone and the earth. Genuinely that is how the future was shown to me and that's what I expected for us. None of it happened.
