My friend ordered a mattress in Chennai from your CIT Nagar experience store on 15th August with the delivery date as 20th August 2026. The courier and your company called to ask when to deliver and they requested them to deliver on 22nd August 2026. However, they still haven’t received the product. The customer care is unable to track the product and confirm when will the delivery be made. They are in total disarray and have made multiple calls to the customer service and the store, but all in vain.
