- Switch all vegetable oil to ghee/butter
- Stop eating breakfast
- High protein meals for lunch
- Do something physical every day
ANYONE can do this.
Generational malnourishment should concern you.
Especially if you add to that the presence of so many toxins that further deplete us of nutrients nowadays.
Most kids these days came from malnourished parents and are fed gold fish crackers, sodium fluoride, lead and adderall for breakfast.
