As part of our joint action plan for the #WesternBalkans, the #BalkanHubs initiative—@Carnegie_Europe, @Clingendaelorg, @dgapev & @DelorsInstitute—continued its regional outreach with a 3-day visit to #Kosovo 🇽🇰, after earlier missions to #Montenegro 🇲🇪 & #NorthMacedonia 🇲🇰

Its primary focus will be to identify and analyze domestic information disorders, foreign malign influence, gendered disinformation, online violence, & hate speech.
