@Ivorpabst@robertburke84 For the receiver though it's pure luck. And the first 330k is tax free. So some people see the question as "why should I be taxed highly on my low enough income that I work hard for, and not tax the person receiving more than 330k by luck?"
@josephbush Agree with your point but it's no happy accident. Remuneration is same, rent is cheaper, good hardworking caring people easier to find and health demographics guarantee growth.
@GFoxyFowler Ah your tweet just said self assessment letters- I just thought it was asking you to complete the self assessment form to calculate if you owe them anything....
@DublinAirport 2 months ago this was understandable- it's now incredulous that @DublinAirport and the government agencies haven't worked together to solve. We solved the pandemic and vaccinations by thinking outside the box so bring the same thinking to this - all obstacles must be overcome.
@CarltonPalmer@AbbeydaleGolf They googled "carlton palmer offences". When a private club has more applicants than places its not that hard to understand why after googling that they chose someone else.
@ChemistDruggist@istrachan621 With true visionary leadership on all sides hub and spoke could be part of a transformation that changes primary care for the better. It needs an injection of once off Capital and ongoing funding and leadership. It IS NOT an answer to current funding issues.
@NatashaFalvey @ChemistDruggist And wouldn't it be interesting if the gp knew that next time they went to them!! Understand- just think there's a trick being missed in joining up the end to end data across the system.
@NatashaFalvey @ChemistDruggist This data could easily be collated through barcode scan on pick up. Feels like useful data - we would see who picks up 28 days of meds every 36 days, and who never has their brown inhaler dispensed. Wouldn't a meds review be more complete if we had this end to end data?
@khalidqkhan The data is rich enough now to use a level, hei, degree rating, etc to give each student a probability of passing. Then, if you must, compare the outcomes in different pre reg institutions to their predicted outcomes. Simple pass rates is lazy comparison without use
As we help @NHSEngland vaccinate the nation, our community pharmacists are encouraging patients to have faith in the #COVID19 vaccine. Charles, Smita, Bal and Saleena got together to dispel persistent vaccine myths. See their full, multilingual chat here: https://t.co/6Ra9bl6UxI
A further 65 pharmacies are joining the #COVID19 vaccination programme to make sure more people from priority groups can get the jab.

Lovely message from Shalina who wants to give a shout out to every Pharmacy Deployment Manager nationally who are working tirelessly behind the scenes supporting the efforts to offer an NHS service to our customers and patients. #PrescribeKindness
@SallyManning14 @JillLoader Really helpful and makes a massive difference to pharmacists and therefore many patients. Phone line bottlenecks are a challenge for all and the more we can open up the better. Thank you
