Hi Alex, yep if you can't see it in expired passes: login to the ticket website, click your name, scroll down to season tickets, click the box with the arrow, then click mobile season ticket, then click the box with the arrow next to the ticket link and this will pop it back in to your wallet. If you have any issues let me know and I'll send you over a ticket and we'll take a look in to your account.
APPLE WALLET UPDATE ISSUES:
If you are having any issues with your Apple Wallet not showing your season ticket, please see the steps in the post below.
Once the Ticket is back in your wallet, if it still showing the previous fixture:
1. click on the ticket
2. select the 3 dots ••• in the top right hand side of the screen
3. put your finger on the screen and pull down, this will cause a loading circle to appear at the top of the screen.🔃
4. it should update with the current fixture.
If your pass does not update -don't worry! Your actual season ticket will still be valid and scan normally at the turnstiles, it is only the title that is affected by the update.
📱 iPhone Season Ticket Update
We’re aware that some supporters using iPhones may be unable to find their Season Ticket in their Apple Wallet following a recent Apple software update, which has affected automatic Season Ticket updates.
Please follow the short guide image below to move your Season Ticket back into your Wallet. 👇
Once restored, your pass may still display the Luton Town fixture. Please don’t worry — this will NOT affect your entry. We’ve confirmed that the ticket/pass itself has updated correctly, and it will scan as normal at the turnstile.
If you’d like to try and update the fixture name:
1️⃣ Open Apple Wallet
2️⃣ Select your Season Ticket
3️⃣ Tap the ••• in the top-right corner
4️⃣ Select Pass Details
5️⃣ Swipe down on the screen to refresh, you should see a spinning loading wheel
If the fixture name still doesn’t change, please don’t worry. Your Season Ticket will still scan normally at the turnstile.
Once it is back in the wallet, the pass will update as normal for our next home fixture against Blackpool Town. ⚽️
Hi Alan, it was going to be closed originally due to the low turnout, then due to a surge of bookings to accommodate extra filming crew etc. it was decided that car pak 6 would be opened for this evening. I spoke to your daughter originally to let her know it was going to be closed, then I spoke to our operations team, and phoned her back at 11:46am to let her know that it had been decided that the car park was going to be open but that it just wasnt going to be able to be booked in advance.
@AdamMeagher@GuestJason@ReadingFC Hi Adam, yes, Car park 6 is £15 in advance (when we are able to open it online before the fixture) and upon arrival.🚘
@GuestJason@ReadingFC Hi Jason, yes Car Park 6 will be open tonight. It won't be available to buy in advance online as we haven't sold out of the on site car park yet, but you can just arrive and park up, there will be plenty of space down there.🚗

The pass will still work on the turnstile even if the listed match name is showing as a previous game, so you can either scan in with your ticket as normal tonight and then it should update normally for the next fixture, or you can delete your current Seaon ticket from your wallet, then redownload it from the ticket website.
1. Login
2. Click your name
3. Scroll down to the Season ticket section
4. Click the box with the arrow pointing upwards
5. Click Mobile season ticket - then click the arrow pointing upwards
6. This should add your ticket back in to your wallet again and should be displaying the correct match.
Hi David, due to the closure of Barkham Road, the F52 will divert via Nine Mile Ride, Park Lane and Biggs Lane.
Stops between California Post Office and Rickman Close will not be served.
Customers on Barkham Ride should use the stops on Nine Mile Ride, and customers on Barkham Road should use the Hill Road stop on Biggs Lane.

@jamesmonty1999 Hi James, Car park 6 will be open but may not be for sale in advance due to the number of spaces still available in the on site car park. You can just arrive and park up. It's not expected to be a large turnout so you won't have a problem parking up on arrival.
Hi Ben, there won't be any F1s for this match, however if you go to the bus stop 'Station Road' which is just in front of Wendy's, you can take the Greenwave 50 and get off at 250 Brook Drive, then take the stairs on the opposite side of the road up to the stadium, it's a couple of minutes walk. Or if you'd prefer you can take the Mereoak 600 from Station Road, get off at Reading Gate Retail park and walk up to the stadium from there. Then there will be return buses from both stops back to Reading Station in the evening as part of the usual bus service (both bus routes will usually end at St Mary's Butts which is a few minutes walk from the station, but you can usually stay on the bus as the route will restart from there and the next stop is Station Road). The Meroak 600 will be a doubledecker as opposed to a single in the evening to accomodate extra supporters travelling to the Stadium. Tickets are £3 for a single, or I believe on the app you can get a day pass for £5 which will cover your journey there and back.
@MalcLeary Hi Malc, we're not sold out yet on site, but we will be putting car park 6 on sale online either later today or first thing tomorrow morning depending on the numbers in the on site, so it will definitely be open tomorrow.
