I have escalated an issue with emails but have had no reply or acknowledgement from Customer Service.
Needed to speak to a human but all I got was standard AI response

Had to go in for a scan and an injection.

Appointment at 3pm, was out all fixed by 3:30pm. And was not rushed, was spoken to friendly, efficiently and with care. ❤️❤️
