@RoyalMail Bathgate staff may think wearing cloth gloves is a good idea, but it means nothing when you don't change them after every customer...you are still spreading germs! It would be much better to have no gloves and use a hand sanitiser after serving each customer instead.

Catching up on #GreatBritishMenu and I love the addition of @SusanCalman this year 😍, especially during the tastings. She brings out the veteran's personality and helps the chefs from being too 'cheffy' in their comments about the food. Genuinely enthusiastic about this series!

@ScotRail @A11926721 There were no crew to alert. One person on the platform just pointed at the train then walked away, and then the driver started yelling on the intercom about cancelling the service when we got to Haymarket and more people tried to get on. Absolute shambles.

@ScotRail @A11926721 That was not because of extra festival goers - it was because you cancelled two larger trains and squashed 12 carriages worth of people into 3. I witnessed at least two people having panic attacks near me because of the crushing. It was horrific.

@ScotRail - tonight you very much failed in your duty of care to your customers. Replacing 2 cancelled 6 carriage trains with a single 3 carriage train was dangerous, irresponsible & you are lucky that no-one was injured. Your staff too were less than useless at all stations.

Can I ask a favour please @BBCPM - stop including angry car horns as atmosphere sound in articles during rush hour. It makes it very confusing and disorientating...two words you don't want to feel when behind the wheel. #SafetyFirst
