@narendramodi @nstomar Why can't we go for two price system - Minimum Wholesale Price and Maximum Retail Price. All wholesale purchases from farmers should be done on MWP be it Private Purchase or Government Purchase and no one should be allowed to sell any agro product above MRP in any circumstances.
