@BoschHomeUS my 7 month old fridge has not worked properly since April. Parts back ordered since April. I’m told minimum of 3-4 more weeks. Please expedite and/pro-rate us for this. Is this how you stand behind your products?

@SamsungUS refrigerators are a hard pass, they couldn’t fix a 2 year old model, so refunded us roughly 50% of purchase price half way through warranty. Do the math on their confidence. (Also mislead us about taking fridge so now we’re stuck with garbage) #worthlessafterwarranty

@SamsungUS - our < 3 yr old Samsung fridge died. Your warranty department plans to pick up the fridge after many service calls but no dates, no clear instructions. We’ve had very poor and disjointed customer service and no fridge for holidays
